ARTICLE VIII TERMINATION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER
(b) In the event that:
(i) the Agreement is terminated by the Company pursuant to Section 8.1(c)(i);
(ii) the Agreement is terminated by the Company pursuant to Section 8.1(c)(iii), then Parent shall no later than two (2) Business Days after the date of such termination, pay, or cause to be paid, by wire transfer of immediately available funds, at the direction of the Company, the Parent Termination Fee; it being understood that in no event shall Parent be required to pay the Parent Termination Fee on more than one occasion.

(ii) 本契約が会社によってセクション8.1(c)(iii)に基づいて解除された場合、Parentは解除の日から2営業日以内に、会社の指示に従って即座に利用可能な資金の電信送金によって、Parentの解除料を支払うか、または支払わせることになる；ただし、いかなる場合でも、ParentはParentの解除料を複数回支払うことはない。
