TERMINATION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER
In the event of termination of this Agreement pursuant to any provision of Section 11.1, this Agreement shall forthwith become void and have no further force, except that the provisions of Sections 11.2, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.7, 12.10, 12.11 and any other Section that, by its terms, relates to post-termination rights or obligations, shall survive such termination of this Agreement and remain in full force and effect.
【参考訳】ただし、第11.2項、第12.1項、第12.2項、第12.3項、第12.7項、第12.10項、第12.11項、およびその他の条項で解約後の権利または義務に関連する条項は、本契約の解約後も存続し、完全な効力を有するものとする。
