CONVERSION OF SHARES
In the event of the termination of this Agreement after holders of shares of Regal Bancorp Common Stock have deposited their Certificates with the Exchange Agent, SR Bancorp, Somerset Bank and Regal Bancorp shall jointly and promptly instruct the Exchange Agent to return all Certificates to the Persons who deposited the same.
【参考訳】Regal Bancorp 普通株式の保有者が株券を交換代理人に預託した後に本契約が終了した場合、SR Bancorp、Somerset Bank、Regal Bancorp は共同で速やかに、すべての株券を預託した者に返却するよう交換代理人に指示するものとする。
