Exchange Procedures for Effective Election Forms Submitted by Election Deadline. As soon as practicable after the Effective Time (and in any case no later than five (5) business days thereafter), SR Bancorp shall cause the Exchange Agent to mail the Merger Consideration to holders of Regal Bancorp Common Stock who have submitted effective Election Forms prior to the Election Deadline.
