OMERSET BANCORP DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE 5.11.1 includes a list of all existing bonus, incentive, deferred compensation, pension, retirement, profit-sharing, thrift, savings, employee stock ownership, stock bonus, stock purchase, restricted stock, stock option, stock appreciation, phantom stock, severance, welfare and fringe benefit plans, and all other material benefit practices, policies and arrangements maintained by Somerset Bank or any Somerset Bank Subsidiary in which any employee or former employee, consultant or former consultant or director or former director of Somerset Bank or any Somerset Bank Subsidiary participates or to which any such employee, consultant or director is a party or is otherwise entitled to receive benefits (the “Somerset Bank Compensation and Benefit Plans”).
