REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF SR BANCORP AND SOMERSETSAVINGS
All material contributions required to be made under the terms of any Somerset Bank Compensation and Benefit Plan or ERISA Affiliate Plan to which Somerset Bank or any Somerset Bank Subsidiary is a party or sponsor have been timely made, and all anticipated contributions and funding obligations are accrued on Somerset Bank’s consolidated financial statements to the extent required by GAAP. Somerset Bank and its Subsidiaries have expensed and accrued as a liability the present value of future benefits under each applicable Somerset Bank Compensation and Benefit Plan for financial reporting purposes to the extent required by GAAP.
