MISCELLANEOUS
The representations and warranties contained in Sections 9 and 11 of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date and shall remain operative in full force and effect for eighteen months from the date of Closing regardless of any investigation at any time made by or on behalf of either Vitro or Fitore and shall not be deemed merged in any document or instrument so executed or delivered by either Vitro or Fitore.
