GENERAL DEFINITIONS
“Governmental Authority “shall mean any and all applicable foreign, federal, state or local governments, governmental institutions, public authorities and governmental entities of any nature whatsoever, and any subdivisions or instrumentalities thereof, including, but not limited to, departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, agencies, courts, administrations and panels, and any division or instrumentalities thereof, whether permanent or ad hoc and whether now or hereafter constituted or existing.
