APPROVALS AND REGULATORY MATTERS
At all times, and as applicable, Vitro and Fitore shall comply with applicable Legal Requirements including, without limitation, the payment of cash for dissenting shares related to the Merger. By their execution of this Agreement, the Fitore Shareholders hereby waive any and all dissenters’ rights that they may have under applicable Law and agree to accept the merger consideration provided for in this Agreement without objection or appeal.
