MISCELLANEOUS
The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements made herein or in any certificates or documents executed in connection herewith shall survive the execution and delivery thereof for a period of eighteen months from the Closing, and all statements contained in any certificate or other document delivered by any party hereunder or in connection herewith shall be deemed to constitute representations and warranties made by that party to this Agreement.
【参考訳】本契約または本契約に関連して締結された証明書または文書に記載された表明、保証、誓約、および合意は、本契約の締結および引渡し後も、クロージングから 18 カ月間存続するものとし、本契約または本契約に関連して当事者が交付した証明書またはその他の文書に記載されたすべての記述は、当該当事者が本契約に対して行った表明および保証とみなされるものとする。
