TERMINATION
If terminated as provided for in this Section, this Agreement shall forthwith become wholly void and of no effect, except for the confidentiality obligations set forth in Section 15 hereof, without liability to any party to this Agreement except for breach of this Agreement.
【参考訳】本条に定めるとおり終了した場合、本契約は、本契約の第 15 条に定める守秘義務を除き、直ちに完全に無効となり、効力を失うものとし、本契約のいかなる当事者に対しても、本契約違反以外の責任を負わないものとします。
