Unless otherwise stated herein, the term “Exhibit” when used in this Agreement shall refer to the Exhibits to this Agreement. The Exhibits to this Agreement may be attached to this Agreement or may be set forth in a separate document denoted as the Exhibits to this Agreement, or both, and such Exhibits are incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
