ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS
Fitore and Vitro shall consult with each other before issuing any press release or other public statement with respect to the Merger or this Agreement and shall not issue any such press release or make any such public statement without the prior consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned; provided, however, that a party may, without the prior consent of the other party, issue such press release or make such public statement as may, upon the advice of counsel, be required by law if it has used reasonable efforts to first consult with the other party.
【参考訳】フィトアおよびビトロは、本合併または本契約に関するプレスリリースまたはその他の公表を行う前に、互いに協議するものとし、他方の当事者の事前の同意なく、かかるプレスリリースの発行または公表を行わないものとします。
