COVENANTS OF FITORE
Except as contemplated by this Agreement, Fitore shall not enter into or agree to enter into any employment contract or agreement for consulting, professional, or other services which will adversely and materially affect the operation of Fitore prior to the Closing Date, except for any extensions of said contracts or agreements on substantially the same terms and conditions as were previously in effect.
