APPROVALS AND REGULATORY MATTERS
As promptly as practicable after the date hereof, Fitore shall exercise reasonable efforts to take all action necessary or appropriate to prepare any and all documents necessary to solicit and obtain the approval of the Merger and the other transactions provided for or contemplated by this Agreement of the Fitore Shareholders.
