GENERAL DEFINITIONS
“Tax” and “Taxes” shall mean any and all income, excise, franchise or other taxes and all other charges or fees imposed or collected by any Governmental Authority or pursuant to any Governmental Requirement, and shall also include any and all penalties, interest, deficiencies, assessments and other charges with respect thereto.
