THE MERGER
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, the consummation of the transactions referenced above shall take place (the “Closing”) on August 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time at the offices of Vitro, 4621 Technology Drive, Golden, Colorado 80403, or at such other time, date and place as Fitore and VAC shall designate (the “Closing Date”).
