GENERAL DEFINITIONS
“Legal Requirements” means applicable common law and any applicable statute, ordinance, code or other laws, rule, regulation, order, technical or other standard, requirement, judgment, or procedure enacted, adopted, promulgated, applied or followed by any Governmental Authority, including, without limitation, any order, decree, award, verdict, findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision or judgment, whether or not final or appealable, of any court, arbitrator, arbitration board or administrative agency.
