REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF VITRO AND VAC
Vitro and VAC are not qualified to engage in business as foreign corporations in any state, and there is no other jurisdiction wherein the character of the properties presently owned by Vitro and VAC or the nature of the activities presently conducted by Vitro and VAC make necessary the qualification, licensing or domestication of Vitro or VAC as foreign corporations.
