COVENANTS OF FITORE
From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, Fitore will grant Vitro and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with Fitore’s business relationships for purposes of enabling Vitro to fully investigate the business of Fitore
