ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS
Fitore shall provide such information regarding Fitore, its business, its officers, directors and affiliates, as is reasonably required by Vitro for purposes of preparing any notices, reports and other filings with the SEC. Moreover, following the Closing, the current officers and directors of Fitore shall provide such information as the post-closing management of Vitro shall reasonably request for the purpose of preparing any notices, reports and other filings by Vitro with the SEC, including but not limited to, in connection with the preparation of any financial statements required to be filed under the Exchange Act or Securities Act by Vitro.
