10.13 Counterparts.
This License Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and together shall be deemed to be one and the same agreement. A facsimile copy of this License Agreement bearing the signature (original or facsimile or .PDF version) of both Parties shall be binding on the Parties.
