3.1 AEGIS Technology.
AEGIS hereby grants to ARS an exclusive (even as against AEGIS except for use pursuant to and in accordance with the Supply Agreement), sublicensable (as set forth in Section 3.2), worldwide license, under the AEGIS Technology, to Exploit Compound(s) and Product(s) in the Field.
