10.12 Complete Agreement

This License Agreement, the Supply Agreement, and the Prior Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof, and all prior and contemporaneous representations, understandings and agreements regarding the subject matter hereof, either written or oral, expressed or implied, are superseded and shall be and of no effect; provided, however, that the terms of certain Mutual Confidentiality Agreement between AEGIS and ARS dated as of September 17, 2015, shall remain in full force and effect as to all confidential information disclosed thereunder.
