6.4.1 Notification.
Each Party shall notify the other Party of any infringement known to such Party of any AEGIS Patent Rights, ARS Patent Rights, or Joint Patent Rights for any Product for use in the Field and shall provide the other party with the available evidence, if any, of such infringement.
