8.4 Insurance.
Each Party shall maintain insurance with respect to its activities under this License Agreement as is normal and customary in the pharmaceutical industry generally for parties similarly situated. Each Party shall, upon request of the other Party, provide the requesting Party with a copy of the foregoing policies of insurance, along with any amendments and revisions thereto. ARS shall be named as an additional insured on any such policies maintained hereunder by AEGIS, and AEGIS shall be named as an additional insured on any such policies maintained hereunder by ARS. If there are any additional costs for adding a Party as an additional insured, that Party shall pay such additional costs.
