ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting any term or provision of this Agreement. All Schedules and Exhibits hereto are hereby incorporated in this Agreement and made a part hereof. Unless otherwise provided herein, the word “including” shall be interpreted as followed by the words “without limitation” or words of similar effect.
【参考訳】本契約は 2 通以上の対訳で締結することができ、各対訳は原本とみなされるが、これらすべてを合わせると 1 つの同じ文書を構成するものとする。本契約で使用される見出しは便宜上のものであり、本契約の条項の解釈または解釈において考慮されるものではない。本契約のすべての付属書類および別紙は、本契約に組み込まれ、本契約の一部となる。本契約に別段の定めがない限り、「含む」という言葉の後には「制限なく」という言葉または同様の趣旨の言葉が続くものと解釈されるものとする。
