ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, except that no party may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other parties hereto, except by means of transfers permitted by Articles II or III or Section 4.2.
【参考訳】ただし、いずれの当事者も、第 II 条もしくは第 III 条、または第 4.2 項で許可された譲渡を除き、本契約に基づく権利または義務を、他の当事者の書面による事前の同意なしに譲渡または移転することはできない。
