18.Except as otherwise expressly provided herein
.Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, this Confidentiality Agreement and your obligations hereunder shall terminate 18 months from the date on which the Corvex Designee or any replacement thereof pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement ceases to be a director of the Company. The termination of this Confidentiality Agreement will not, however, affect the liability of any party hereto for any prior breach of any provision hereof prior to such termination.
