Section 6.03 Acknowledgment.
For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding anything in this IP License Agreement to the contrary, the Parties acknowledge and agree that nothing in this IP License Agreement is intended to limit or restrict any of the representations, warranties, or remedies available to the Parties or their Affiliates under the Separation Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents.
