Section 4.04 No Obligation
Nothing in this IP License Agreement will obligate any Party to file, prosecute, maintain, register, or bring any action or other proceeding against any Third Party for infringement or misappropriation of, or to defend against any challenge to, any Licensed IP, or take any other step to protect any Intellectual Property, except as expressly provided in Section 4.03.
