Section 4.03 Cooperation.
Upon a Licensor’s request, an applicable Licensee shall provide reasonable assistance and cooperation in connection with any activities undertaken by such Licensor pursuant to Section 4.01 or 4.02. Such Licensor shall keep such Licensee reasonably informed of the status of any such activities and shall reimburse such Licensee for its reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith
