Section 7.01 Term
Term. This IP License Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and will continue in effect, on a Licensed IP-by-Licensed IP basis, until the expiration, invalidation, or other loss of protection under applicable Law of such Licensed IP, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 7.02 (the “Term”).
