10. Governing Law.
This License Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Delaware law, without regard to any choice or conflict of laws provision or rule (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction).
