Preamble
As a condition of my becoming employed by, or continuing employment with, Propanc Biopharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and in consideration of my employment with the Company and my receipt of the compensation now and hereafter paid to me by the Company, I agree to the following. All initially capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the respective meanings given to such terms in the Employment Agreement between the Company and me dated October 26, 2022 (the “Employment Agreement”)
