10. Nonassignment.
No party hereto shall, in whole or in part, assign any of rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the HireRight hereto, which consent may be withheld in the sole discretion of HireRight, and any attempt to do so without such consent shall be null and void. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns.
