3. Disclosure to Co-Workers and Other TransWorks Personnel.
TransWorks Person hereto shall (i) limit the disclosure of the HireRight Information to those co-workers who have a legitimate "need to know" such HireRight Information for the sole purpose of performing the services required by the Outsourcing Services Agreement, and (ii) advise and bind in writing all such individuals and Transworks personnel of the confidential and secret nature of the HireRight Information.
