7. Injunction.
In the event of a breach or threatened breach by TransWorks Person of the non-use or nondisclosure obligations of this Agreement, HireRight hereto shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedies and damages available, to seek an injunction to restrain the violation of such obligations by TransWorks Person.
