4. Court Ordered Disclosure.
TransWorks Person may disclose the HireRight Information to the extent required by law or court order, provided that TransWorks gives HireRight prompt and reasonable advance written notice of such required disclosure, and provides reasonable cooperation (not including expenditure of funds) in any effort by HireRight to obtain a protective order or other confidential treatment.
