5. Notification of Unauthorized Use.
TransWorks Person hereto agrees to promptly notify HireRight in writing of any publication, public dissemination or unauthorized use of any portion of the HireRight Information and/or of any facts indicating that unauthorized persons may have become aware of portions of the HireRight Information or have been soliciting or attempting to acquire portions of the HireRight Information without authorization from HireRight to do so.
