Remedies
In addition to being entitled to exercise all rights provided herein or granted by law, including recovery of damages, each of the Investor and the Company will be entitled to specific performance. The parties agree that monetary damages may not be adequate compensation for any loss incurred by reason of any breach of obligations contained in this Agreement and hereby agree to waive and not to assert in any Proceeding for specific performance of any such obligation the defense that a remedy at law would be adequate.
【参考訳】本規約に規定された、または法律で認められたすべての権利（損害賠償を含む）を行使する権利に加え、投資家および当社はそれぞれ特定の履行を受ける権利を有します。両当事者は、本契約に含まれる義務違反により発生した損失については、金銭的損害賠償が適切な補償とならない場合があることに同意し、かかる義務の特定履行を求める訴訟において、法律による救済が適切であるという抗弁を放棄し、主張しないことに合意します。
