Execution
This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to each other party, it being understood that the parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or by e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or “.pdf” signature page was an original thereof.
【参考訳】本契約は、2 通以上の対訳で締結することができ、それらすべての対訳を合わせると、同一の契約とみなされ、対訳が各当事者によって署名され、各当事者に引き渡されたときに有効になるものとする。署名がファクシミリ送信または「.pdf」形式のデータファイルの電子メール送信によって行われた場合、かかる署名は、かかるファクシミリまたは「.pdf」署名ページが原本である場合と同じ効力をもって、署名を行う（またはかかる署名が行われた当事者を代理する）当事者の有効かつ拘束力のある義務を生じさせるものとする。
