6.1 A notice given to a party under or in connection with this deed:
6.1.1
shall be in writing and in English;
6.1.2
shall be signed by or on behalf of the party giving it;
6.1.3
shall be sent to the party for the attention of the contact and to the address and email address specified in clause 6.2, or such other address or email address as that party may notify in accordance with clause 6.3; and
6.1.4
shall be sent by a method listed in clause 6.4.

書面で、かつ英語で行うものとする；
6.1.2
通知する当事者によって、または通知する当事者を代表して署名されるものとする；

連絡担当者宛に、第6.2項で指定された住所および電子メールアドレス、または第6.3項に従って当事者が通知するその他の住所もしくは電子メールアドレスに送付されるものとする。
6.1.4
第6.4条に記載された方法で送付されるものとします。
