4. Enforcement.
In the event of a breach of this Agreement or in the event that such breach appears imminent, GT Solar shall be entitled to all available legal and equitable remedies. The Recipient agrees and acknowledges that monetary damages will not be a sufficient remedy for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement and that, in addition to all other remedies, GT Solar shall be entitled to specific performance, injunctive, and other equitable relief.
